Standard for product return

Standard for product replacement
l Within 7 daysafter products received, when defected or wrong items found, please contact ourcustomer service immediately for replacement arrangement. Over 7 days, theapplication of replacement shall not be accepted.
l When defected orwrong items found, shipping charge and replacement will be responsible byBIOMOOI.
l Freebies,promotion set, color random products shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the productshad been used, it shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the productshad been damaged, package lost, or dirty which are unable to be re-sell, itshall not be asked for replacement.

l Only when returnproducts had been received and checked by BIOMOOI, payment return process shallbe applied.
