l It is a must, theproducts which had been asked returned required, shall be directly purchasedfrom www.biomooi.com.tw. Return will not be accepted if not purchased from above websitedirectly.
l The judgement ofdefect will be defined by BIOMOOI. When products returned and judged no defectfounded, products will be returned to you and shipping charged will berequired. When defect founded, products replacement and shipping charged willbe responsible by BIOMOOI.
l If you are inTaiwan, purchase will be protected by low about 7-day trial period, countedfrom the 2nd day of order purchase. When you need to return shipment or defectitem founded, please log in website and advise order information to our customerservice by Line@, or call +886-2-2-2731-0299 ext. 201, or 0800-520-920.
Standard for product return
l Full and completepackage shall be required for return products, including product itselfun-opened, accessory, freebies, bag, box, etc. Return shall be refused whenabove items are not completed or damaged.
l Please put returnproducts including items above, shipping document, invoice inside of package.Your name shall be showed on outside of package as clear information forfollowing procedures.
l Freebies shallnot be replaced unless items defected.
l Within 15 dayswhen returned products had been applied, returned products shall be received orit will be considered as application canceled, and shall not be applied again.
l If you are inTaiwan, within7-day trial period, return products shall not be opened or used unless qualityissue. Personal items can not be returned once opened or used.
l Shipping cost ofreturn products within 7-day trial periods shall be paid by you, who will be alsoresponsible to arrange shipment back to following address :

Standard for product replacement
l Within 7 daysafter products received, when defected or wrong items found, please contact ourcustomer service immediately for replacement arrangement. Over 7 days, theapplication of replacement shall not be accepted.
l When defected orwrong items found, shipping charge and replacement will be responsible byBIOMOOI.
l Freebies,promotion set, color random products shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the productshad been used, it shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the productshad been damaged, package lost, or dirty which are unable to be re-sell, itshall not be asked for replacement.
l Colors andresolution on each monitor are different, which might cause different judgementof product colors. The definition of color judgement shall be defined byBIOMOOI.
Standard for payment return
l Only when returnproducts had been received and checked by BIOMOOI, payment return process shallbe applied.
l Payment by CreditCard：Payment return request will be sent by BIOMOOI,and banks will be notified by system automatically. Usually it will take about 5-7working days to return payment back to credit card, which had been used forproduct payment arrangement. When payment return request had been out of BillClosing Date, payment shall be returned next Month. Related instructions shallbe advised by you bank.
l Payment remittance/ Tele Transfer：Bank related charge shall be responsible byreceiver. Please advise your bank name, bank account, and your account name inBIOMOOI. Please check payment when received.
l When your orderis cash on delivery at convenient store, payment return will be proceeded by remittanceor T/T. Bank related charge shall be responsible by receiver. Please adviseyour bank name, bank account, and your account name in BIOMOOI. Please checkpayment when received.
