Standard for product return
l Full and completepackage shall be required for return products, including product itself un-opened,accessory, freebies, bag, box, etc. Return shall be refused when above itemsare not completed or damaged.

Standard for product replacement
l Within 7 days after products received, when defected or wrong items found,please contact our customer service immediately for replacement arrangement. Over7 days, the application of replacement shall not be accepted.
l When defected or wrong items found, shipping charge and replacement willbe responsible by BIOMOOI.
l Freebies, promotion set, color random products shall not be asked forreplacement.
l When the products had been used, it shall not be asked for replacement.
l When the products had been damaged, package lost, or dirty which are unableto be re-sell, it shall not be asked for replacement.
l Colors and resolution on each monitor are different, which might cause differentjudgement of product colors. The definition of color judgement shall be definedby BIOMOOI.
Standard for payment return
l Only when return products had beenreceived and checked by BIOMOOI, payment return process shall be applied.
l Payment by Credit Card：Payment return request willbe sent by BIOMOOI, and banks will be notified by system automatically. Usuallyit will take about 5-7 working days to return payment back to credit card,which had been used for product payment arrangement. When payment returnrequest had been out of Bill Closing Date, payment shall be returned nextMonth. Related instructions shall be advised by you bank.
